Arctic Ice Baths extends the following 1-Year Limited Warranty, which applies only to non-commercial, in-home, or residential use of the Arctic Luxury Plunge Tank. The warranty includes replacing parts shown to have defects in materials or workmanship of any parts manufactured or supplied by Arctic Ice Baths. This warranty covers defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage due to water leaks from the unit, poor water chemistry, neglected filter care and replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, lack of attention to low water flow, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse. Specific other exclusions apply, as further described in this Limited Warranty. All components covered under this warranty are warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment.
